Meetzon Platform User Agreement

1)      Terms of Use This site is available for use, if the internet user accepts the following conditions. Every user who uses the website / platform “www.meetzon.com” is deemed to have accepted these conditions.

2)      2. Copyrights

a. All rights of www.meetzon.com site belong to AHMET ÖZYİĞİT. All software products in the content of www.meetzon.com site, all registered or unregistered intellectual property rights such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information & method and intellectual products such as writing, articles, photographs, pictures, documents are protected in accordance with the legal legislation on copyrights. None of these products can be used without the written permission of AHMET ÖZYİĞİT. Copying, reproducing, unaware and unauthorized use and distribution of these products for any purpose are prohibited by law.

b. Visiting herein this site / platform or making use of the services on this platform does not grant any rights regarding such intellectual property rights.

c. The information on the site / platform cannot be reproduced, published, copied, presented and / or transferred in any way. The whole or part of the platform cannot be used without permission.

3)      Personal and Non-Commercial Usage Limits It is obligatory to state that AHMET ÖZYİĞİT is a trademark or copyright holder in personal and non-commercial replicas that are permitted up to one copy.

4)      User Obligations

      

a. By using all the services offered on the site / platform, the user is subject to the following conditions, by taking advantage of the service on the platform and continuing to use it; he is deemed to have the right, authority and legal capacity to sign a contract according to the laws to which he is affiliated and accepts that he is over 18 years old, has read, understood and is bound by the terms stated in the contract.

b. This contract imposes the rights and obligations related to the platform subject to the contract and, when the parties accept this contract, they declare that they will fulfill the rights and obligations mentioned in a complete, correct, timely manner, within the conditions required in this contract.  

c. The user agrees in advance that s/he will not execute reverse engineering while using the platform, or take any other action to find or obtain their source code, otherwise, s/he will be liable for any damages to be caused by third parties, and that legal and criminal action will be taken.

d. The user accepts not to produce or share any content within the platform, or in any part of the platform, or in communications, which is against public moral and ethic, unlawful, violating rights of third parties, misleading, aggressive, obscene, pornographic, damaging personal rights, contrary to copyrights, and promoting illegal activities. Otherwise, s/he is solely responsible for the damage that will occur, and in this case, platform officials reserve the right to suspend, terminate, initiate legal processes of such accounts. For this reason, it reserves the right to share information regarding the event or user accounts if requests from the judicial authorities are received.

e. The relationship of the platform members with each other or with third parties is at their own risk.

f. The user who is a member of www.meetzon.com website guarantees the accuracy of all the information s/he provides. The user is responsible for all transactions made with his/her username and password, and any consequences that may arise from these transactions. The user must provide accurate, complete and updated registration information. Otherwise, this Agreement will be deemed to have been violated and the account may be closed without informing the user.

g. The user accepts not to give his/her password and user name to anyone else. The user is solely responsible for password and account security on this site and third-party sites. Otherwise, AHMET ÖZYİĞİT cannot be held responsible for data loss and security breaches or damage to hardware and devices.

h. Although www.meetzon.com is a site that is updated at any time, the site / service information, prices, payment terms and campaigns on the site are representative. AHMET ÖZYİĞİT can not be held responsible for missing or errors resulting from typographic or late updates. For reservations made, each venue and venue-management’s own conditions apply. If the user wishes to make a reservation for any of these venues, s/he is deemed to have accepted the current conditions of venue’s management to which reservation belongs.

5)      Links to Third Party Sites A link to other web-sites can be given directly or indirectly on the www.meetzon.com. The purpose of these links is to provide information, or promotion. The content of other sites linked through www.meetzon.com is under the responsibilities of those sites. AHMET ÖZYİĞİT can not be held responsible for the content of these sites and any problems that may arise with these sites.

6)      Information Sent to www.meetzon.com by Users

a. On www.meetzon.com website; there are forms filled and sent by the users over internet, chat service where users send messages to the representative staff of www.meetzon.com, and Suggestion-Complaint pages. Users do not have the right to use profanity, threats, provocation, offensive words and illegal content, and to harm the legal and personal rights of others. Such forms and pages are the products of AHMET ÖZYİĞİT, the owner of www.meetzon.com site; therefore, it is prohibited to use them on other internet pages or as an example for reproduction.

b. Internet users do not have the right to sell a product or service to use these pages, to advertise for commercial purposes, and to engage in similar commercial behavior.

7)      Service Procurement Security

      

a. Personal information that you use when purchasing or renting services through www.meetzon.com is protected both online and offline. The information given while performing the membership and reservation processes are protected by the security system. It is not possible to see your customer information by third parties, and third parties do not have the ability to intervene. In order to ensure this security, it is acted within the security zone during membership transactions. This is an encryption system that cannot be broken, and it is an international standard. Your information that you used while making transactions on www.meetzon.com and all information related to your transactions are also protected by encryption. This information can only be used depending on the sales processes and within the instructions you give. It is not shown to third parties or transferred; it is only transmitted to your bank.

b. The personal information delivered by users through the platform will not be disclosed to 3rd parties. This personal information; contains all kinds of other information to identify the user; such as his/her name, surname, address, phone number, mobile phone number, e-mail address and will be referred to as 'Confidential Information' for short.

c. The user accepts and declares that the firm that is the owner of the platform consents to share his/her communication, portfolio status and demographic information, only to use within the scope of marketing activities such as advertisement, campaign, promotion, announcement etc, with its affiliates or the group companies it is affiliated with. This personal information can be used within the company to determine a customer profile to offer promotions and campaigns suitable for the customer profile and to conduct statistical studies.

d. Confidential Information may only be disclosed to the official authorities if such information is requested duly by the official authorities and in cases where disclosures are required to be made in accordance with the mandatory legislative provisions in force.

8)      Rights and Responsibilities

      

a. www.meetzon.com and its owner AHMET ÖZYİĞİT makes every effort to check the accuracy of all the content on the site. However, www.meetzon.com and its owner AHMET ÖZYİĞİT cannot be held responsible for information and price errors in the site content. It can make all kinds of changes and innovations at any time on www.meetzon.com pages. No liability can be imposed on www.meetzon.com site and its owner AHMET ÖZYİĞİT due to any reservation, sale or information error that may arise due to these changes.

b. www.meetzon.com and its owner AHMET ÖZYİĞİT cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect material or moral damages that may arise from the use of the site.

c. AHMET ÖZYİĞİT has the right to change the prices and the products and services offered; and accepts and undertakes that the member will benefit from the services subject to the contract other than technical failures.

d. AHMET ÖZYİĞİT may change the services offered on the platform and the terms of this contract at any time, in part or in whole. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the site. It is the responsibility of the user to follow the changes. The user is deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to benefit from the services offered.

e. The services provided by AHMET ÖZYİĞİT are provided on an “AS IT IS” AND “POSSIBLE” basis and do not provide any explicit or implied legal or other guarantees in terms of marketability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

9)      Prohibited Situations

      

a. SERVICE BUYER, while signing the ‘rental and service contract’, accepts that the rental service subject to this contract will not target the benefit or harm of any political party, person or group; will not be of political, sexual or inappropriate content; will not deliver service by distinguishing races, political thoughts, philosophical beliefs, religion and sects; will never declare and act in any way for political and ideological purposes, and will not be against the law and morality.

b. In the event that the “a” clause of the article titled ‘Prohibited Situations’ is not complied with, the SERVICE BUYER accepts that s/he cannot receive the money paid for this service contract and will not even make a request for the refund. In addition, if this prohibition is exceeded, any loss, penalty etc. incurred to INTERMEDIARY or SERVICE PROVIDER related to this prohibition, will be covered by the SERVICE BUYER. In case of such situations, the INTERMEDIARY or SERVICE PROVIDER will ask the SERVICE BUYER and those gathered in the venue to immediately evacuate the rental area, otherwise they will be able to apply for the support of the judicial units, and complain to courts, the police, the Gendarme and the Prosecutor's Office.

10)   Force Majeure If the obligations become non-executable by the parties due to circumstances that are not under the control of the parties; such as natural disasters, fire, explosions, civil wars, wars, riots, public movements, declaration of mobilization, strikes, lockout and epidemic diseases, infrastructure and internet malfunctions, power outage together (hereinafter referred to as "Force Majeure"), the parties are not held responsible for this. During this period, the rights and obligations of the Parties arising from this Agreement are suspended.

11)   Notification All notices to be sent to the parties regarding this Agreement will be made via the e-mail address specified on www.meetzon.com and the e-mail address specified by the user on the membership form. The user agrees that the address specified while becoming a member is the valid notification address, in case of a change, s/he will notify the other party in writing within 5 days, otherwise the notifications to this address will be considered valid.

12)   Resolution of Disputes Istanbul (Çağlayan) Courthouses and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve any dispute arising from the application or interpretation of this Agreement.

13)   These conditions come into force from the moment that the user starts using www.meetzon.com. AHMET ÖZYİĞİT has the right to change these conditions at any time.
